Inventories

 

This is a detailed report of the property with complete information confirming contents and condition from the porch to the back garden with full colour photography.

 

Check Ins

 

This details the conditon on the day of moving in taking meter readings and confirms requirements of tenant when they vacate.

 

Check Outs

 

This report is very important checking against the inventory and check in it confirms items of normal wear and tear and tenants liabilities.

 

Mid Term Reports

 

These reports are an excellent independent record of condition with the tenant in situ recommended if the tenancy is over 6 months. One copy is given to the tenant, another is sent to the Landlord with our recommendations.

 

General Condition Reports

 

If a check in or an inventory is unavailable a general condition report can be made as a check in or check out which states independently the general condition of the property which can be used in a deposit dispute however we advise this should only be done if the original reports have been lost as it is preferable to have a before and after to compare to avoid disputes.
